Our feasibility reports and advice are for planning and guidance purposes. Final legal agreements must be reviewed by a lawyer, and final construction drawings must be stamped by a licensed architect or engineer (BCIN holder) as required by local building codes.

5. Payment and Cancellations

Consultations: Fees for initial consultations are due at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Project Retainers: Detailed payment terms for long-term consulting or project management services will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties.
